Defective product and mistakes on shipments will be replaced immediately at no cost.
Product returned for credit must be:
- Still in print
- Must be purchased within the past 12 months, excluding dated Sunday School Curriculum
- Must be in clean and salable condition
- Postage must be prepaid by the customer
Orders for Special Order items cannot be canceled once the order is placed because production on these items begins immediately. Special Order items are not eligible for return.
Dated Sunday School curriculum is returnable only within the first six weeks of the quarter.
Cassettes, Compact Discs, and DVDs are not returnable once they are opened.
